It is another fine, mild autumn day.  The fog has lifted, the drizzle ended and no matter that the sun is not out.  The ponds' immersed rocks and edges are crowded with frogs and the feeders are alive with birds.  There is still so much colour in the gardens, but muted with stark white Japanese anemones here and there and the creamy white of Royal Frosting daylily.
